This page explains how data submitted through the CLARYEL.com contact form is processed.

Data processed: name, organisation, e-mail address, country, request category and message content.

Purposes: answering the request and evaluating partnerships, pilots, investments or commercial relationships. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps requested by the user.

Retention: messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and normally no longer than 12 months unless a relationship begins or legal duties apply.

Technical providers: Cloudflare for hosting and site protection; Resend for e-mail delivery when configured. Transfers and safeguards depend on the active contracts with those providers.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Contact amministrazione@claryel.it.

The supplied site does not use third-party profiling or analytics. Future services may require this notice to be updated.
